Project Pressure Meltdown exhibition has arrived in London. It’s showing at the Horniman Museum and Gardens until the 12th January 2020.

Charity Auction at Adam&Eve DDB

 

Was asked to contribute a print to this years Adam and Eve DDB charity print auction. This year, all the proceeds will go to the aid of The Avenues Youth Project.

Viva La Vulva Wins at theCampaign Big Awards

 

Viva la Vulva just won Best campaign in the Campaign Big Awards.

It also won Best Integrated, Best Branded Content and Best Consumer Goods.

Cetaphil BTS Rhino on set

 

Whilst we were shooting in South Africa a Rhino came within about 400 meters of our shoot. Not being a local I told everyone not to worry about it as it’s a long way away. The local crew seemed to know better and got all non essential crew back into the vehicles. Luckily the Rhino was more interested in the grass and soon strolled off.

A few behind the scenes from a recent shoot for Transport for London cycle routes. I Always like to get Art Directors working on my shoots.

Vollebak

 

Got a call from a great Art Director, nick Tidball. We’ve worked together on several Adidas projects including
one which won a Cannes Lion. Nick and his brother Steve have started a new company called Vollebak to
challenge the outdoor clothing industry. Their philosophy is to use cutting edge science to produce incredible clothes.
Nick asked me to jump on the next flight to Cyprus and meet up with this mad Russian. Vollebaks Graphine jacket had
saved his life when he got very lost breaking around the Himalayas. The sun was setting and he knew temperatures
would soon drop below freezing. He used the last of the sun to heat up his jacket and keep him warm.
My task was to find somewhere in Cyprus that looked like the top of a Himalayan mountain. No easy job
but great fun to try.

AMEX US Open BTS

 

Behind the scenes form a shoot for AMEX in New York. They loved the stuff from Wimbledon so much they sent us to the US Open.

This is not a Drill

 

Part of the work I did for Project Pressure has been featured in a new book ‘This is not a Drill’ by the pressure group Extinction Rebellion. It extracts taken from the filmed interviews I did and is accompanied by images I took on the trip. It’s been published by Penguin.

I was asked to make a short film about the effects of air pollution on a couple from Eastleigh in Hampshire. It was for the launch of a clean air campaign for the charity Global Action Plan.

New NHS Ads out this week

 

Been out and about around the country focusing more on community care nurses and learning disabilities nurses for there continuing recruitment campaign.

To mark the 70th anniversary of the NHS I was asked to document the amazing work that the NHS nurses do for a nationwide nursing recruitment campaign with @mullenloweldn I Spent two weeks visiting hospitals, clinics and going out with District Nurses. I’m very pleased with the results. I hope you like them.
